It’s while sharing our concern for abandoned and injured animals, the decision was made to form a shelter for them. And thus came into existence Animal Care Trust (ACT) on 30.03.2000. Today, after two decades of providing care and shelter to abandoned/sick/stray animals at Vatsalya, ACT stands as a monument of compassion towards animals. Akshaya Trust is a non-profit organization devoted to offering free housing for destitute senior citizens in Chennai. For over 23 years, we have been a beacon of hope and a new home for those left alone in their twilight years. Currently, we care for over 250 senior citizens, providing a wide array of services including nutritious meals, medical care, entertainment, and most importantly, love and care, all at no cost. Our operations span across five homes located in Mudichur, Pallikaranai, Valasaravakkam, Pallavakkam, and Velappanchavadi.

Every year, India faces a 1.9 million-unit blood shortage, leaving thousands without lifesaving treatment. In 2016, Chethan Manchegowda founded Khoon at just 15, driven by a vision where no one suffers due to a lack of blood.
What started as a youth-led effort has now mobilized 1.5 lakh donors, saving or improving 1.2 lakh lives. Now part of Jaanavi Social Welfare Foundation, Khoon collaborates with governments and platforms like Facebook for Blood Donations to connect donors and patients efficiently.
Through innovative blood donation drives at festivals, corporate events, and community gatherings, Khoon has made voluntary donation inspiring and accessible, fostering a nationwide culture of giving.

OSAAT is a mix of volunteer-lead, staff supported, consultant based non-profit organization rebuilding the infrastructure of rural schools in India. OSAAT Digital School Infrastructure (ODiSI) program supported by the Dept of State Education Research and Training, Govt. of Karnataka, is an initiative to enable affordable, accessible and sustainable infrastructure for the rural child and provide them with an equal opportunity to learn. It is an open-ended platform where multiple contributors can participate and leverage existing content. We are a non-profit organization (registered as a Trust) that grants life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.We are on a quest to bring every eligible child’s wish to life because a wish is an integral part of a child’s treatment journey. CherYsh is a registered non-profit organization that strives to enhance learning avenues for girl children and livelihood opportunities for resource-poor women in rural India. Between 2012 and 2015, CherYsh worked with implementation partners to reach 24 villages across Haliyal, Ponda, and Mangalore. 11 After-School Learning Centers were established with a total of 450 students enrolled and led by a Learning Facilitator in each. Over 595 women learned skills for livelihoods and over 288 livelihood opportunities were created. 85 Nursing Scholars were supported, and 2 Community Kitchens were established. Through these projects, CherYsh indirectly reached a population of 24,000.

Headstreams was born in the summer of 2008. A group of professionals came together to discuss issues and challenges related to the life of the underprivileged in the society. The realities that were unveiled in the course of discussions challenged them to do something about it. They formed a Society and registered it under the Karnataka Societies Registrations Act 17 of 1960 and named it headstreams. The group which included social workers, educationists and counselors started working among the homeless and neglected children in the market places of Bangalore by contributing their time and expertise. The activities gathered momentum over the years as several people joined the team and expanded the scope of work. The work has spanned from SHGs, relief work in flood affected areas, livelihood training which included entrepreneurship development and awareness program and financial literacy, to foundational courses in digital and English literacy for women.

Mobility India (MI) a registered society is a pioneer in Disability, Rehabilitation, and Development sector and has championed Physical Rehabilitation & Assistive Technology both at the national and international levels over the last 28 years. Mobility India team members embody an entrepreneurial spirit to innovate and improve the lives of people with disabilities, their families, older people, disadvantaged groups, and people in need. The core strengths are Rehabilitation and Assistive Technology services coupled with therapeutic interventions and Product Development, Education and Research- Conducting certificate to university-level courses for allied and health care personnel. The Only Prosthetics & Orthotics training centre in India recognized by the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics(ISPO), the courses are recognised by The Rehabilitation Council of India and ISPO. Capacity building of organisations is done by focusing on less resource settings and forming strong inclusive community structures through its Community-Based Inclusive Development programs thus promoting sustainable development.

Rise Against Hunger India is driven by the vision of a world without hunger. The NGO's mission is to nourish lives, empower communities, respond to emergencies and build a strong movement towards ending hunger . Rise Against Hunger India is part of the global Rise Against Hunger network the origin of which goes back to 1998. After enlisting as a U.S. Marine during the Vietnam War, Ray Buchanan wanted to do something concrete and tangible towards “ending hunger in our lifetimeâ€. Ray quickly recognized that accomplishing such a mission required “commitment to something larger than yourself,†he founded Stop Hunger Now in 1998 which was renamed as Rise Against Hunger in 2017.

Parents Association of Persons with Cerebral Palsy and Associated Disorders (PAPCP) was established in 2003. The NGO is a Day Care Center for people with cerebral palsy, mild to severe mental retardation, Down’s syndrome, multiple disabilities and autism (spectrum disorders). The doors are open to anyone above 18 years of age with any kind and any degree of physical and intellectual disability under the umbrella of neuromuscular/developmental disorders. PAPCP is a parents’ group registered as a Society. At PAPCP, “day care†means that specially abled people spend the day doing things they care about and earning a monthly income. It means the caregivers, therapists, special educators, volunteers and staff work with every individual one-on-one and in groups – to lift their abilities to the next level, to make them as functionally independent as possible.

Green India Trust (GIT), founded in 2008 by Dr. Ch. Murali Krishna and a group of like-minded and devoted friends is a collaborative effort of an innovative and professional shared platform for collaboration and alignment towards empowerment, development, and conservation in livelihood, NRM, rural infrastructure, rural communities, and health. It aims to improve the livelihoods of the target people by better using existing land, water, and forest resources. It will be fueled by value chain expansion, knowledge advancement, and financial availability. Green India Trust enables its beneficiaries to have improved access to inputs and services directly or via connection and convergence. Community engagement in this process is coordinated using the tried-and-true technique of SHGs, which are aggregated into sustainable federations.

PETA India focuses primarily on the areas in which the greatest numbers of animals suffer the most: in laboratories, in the food industry, in the leather trade, and in the entertainment business. PETA India’s investigations, public education efforts, research, animal rescues, legislative work, special events, celebrity involvement, and national media coverage have resulted in countless improvements to the quality of life for animals and have saved countless animals’ lives.

Indian Cancer Society was established in 1951 by Dr. D.J. Jussawalla and Mr. Naval Tata as India's first voluntary, non-profit, National Organization for Awareness, Detection, Cure and Survivorship of those affected with this disease. Indian Cancer Society has been doing sterling work in fighting cancer across India. It has been and continues to be the beacon of hope for thousands of underprivileged cancer patients. The extent of help required is phenomenal. Most of the patients come from all over the country and can’t afford two meals a day. In such cases undergoing treatment is beyond their capacity. The society is entirely dependent on public support for its various activities concerned with financing the treatment and rehabilitation of cancer patients and for spreading cancer awareness and its early detection.
