Prakash Bindu Foundation works to improve the quality of government school education in rural and tribal India. The NGO focuses on transforming teaching-learning outcomes through high-quality content, teacher training, and community engagement. Their initiatives aim to ensure that every child, teacher, and school has access to effective and engaging education

Dream Girl Foundation

Year of Establishment: 2003

Dream Girl Foundation works to improve the lives of underprivileged girls through education, health, personality development, and basic life support, including food, clothing, and sanitation. The NGO operates non-formal education centres and runs programs to empower children in Maharashtra, Gurgaon, Chennai, and Delhi.

Modern Architects for Rural India (MARI)

Year of Establishment: 1988

Modern Architects for Rural India (MARI) works with local communities to support their all-round development in areas such as natural resource management, agriculture, WASH (water, sanitation, hygiene), social development, and health. The NGO also focuses on education, healthcare, rural infrastructure, and promoting economic welfare for vulnerable populations in rural areas.

HOPE Foundation

Year of Establishment: 1991

HOPE Foundation works to improve the lives of children, young people, and vulnerable individuals through education, healthcare, skill development, livelihood, and care for orphans and the elderly. The NGO operates across multiple cities, providing safe homes, training, and support for sustainable livelihoods.

Waatavaran Foundation

Year of Establishment: 2018

Waatavaran Foundation works to mitigate climate change and its impact on vulnerable communities, promoting sustainable natural resource management and empowering tribal and forest-dwelling populations. The NGO engages in community outreach, capacity building, and advocacy to protect the environment and secure land and forest rights.

Abhinav Bahuddeshiya Kala Manch, Gadchiroli

Year of Establishment: 2013

Abhinav Bahuddeshiya Kala Manch works for the welfare and development of tribal and rural communities in Gadchiroli, Maharashtra. The NGO focuses on education, health, women and youth development, skill-building, rural development, and environmental conservation. It collaborates with government agencies to improve the quality of life and create sustainable opportunities for underprivileged communities.

Awadh Folk Art Group

Year of Establishment: 1995

The mission of the organisation is to work for sustainable, holistic development by conducting various social welfare programs and awareness programs with a focus on conservation of the environment, promotion of culture and development of the overall NGO through education and literacy.

ALERT INDIA

Year of Establishment: 1978

ALERT-INDIA is dedicated to promoting and advocating the right to health for people affected by leprosy, with the overarching goal of making India leprosy-free. Led by Ms. Veera M Rao, the Organisation focuses on improving the health and social status of vulnerable populations, including tribal communities, women, children, and persons with disabilities, through people-centred disease control programs and community initiatives.
The NGO has reached over 18 million people and positively impacted more than 70,000 lives, establishing 250+ Leprosy Referral Centres. ALERT India also provides support for Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS, working collaboratively with stakeholders to minimise the socio-economic consequences of these diseases.

Chandpara Scheduled Caste and Tribal Welfare Association (CSCT Welfare Association)

Year of Establishment: 2017

CSCT Welfare Association is dedicated to promoting human rights, social development, and environmental advocacy. The Organisation works on women’s empowerment, education, agricultural skill development, and socioeconomic progress, collaborating with local communities and government institutions to create inclusive and sustainable change.

Social Work and Research Centre (Barefoot College)

Year of Establishment: 1972

Founded by Sanjit “Bunker” Roy, Barefoot College is a grassroots Organisation dedicated to empowering marginalised communities to become self-sufficient and sustainable. Following Gandhian philosophy, it works in education, women’s empowerment, skill development, water management, solar electrification, health, and conservation, demonstrating how traditional knowledge combined with modern skills can create large-scale community impact.

Support Trust

Year of Establishment: 2004

Support Trust is a non-profit Organisation focused on health, social welfare, and community empowerment. Working primarily with women, children, artisans, and individuals facing health challenges, the Organisation conducts workshops, health camps, awareness programs, vaccination drives, disaster relief, and women empowerment initiatives to uplift communities across Jammu & Kashmir and other states.

Routes 2 Roots

Year of Establishment: 2004

Routes 2 Roots is a Delhi-based registered non-profit and the world’s largest cultural NGO, with a presence across India and abroad. Recognized by the Limca Book of Records for its scale, the Organisation works to promote culture, art, and heritage for inclusive and peaceful coexistence.
The NGO’s flagship initiative, Digital Learning of Performing Arts (DLPA), launched in 2016, is a pioneering program that integrates education with Indian cultural heritage through a live interactive digital medium. This one-of-its-kind initiative provides students with real-time interaction with teachers, access to recorded sessions through the Routes 2 Roots app and website, and a chance to rediscover India’s rich performing arts traditions.

Subhiksha Voluntary Organisation

Year of Establishment: 2009

Subhiksha Voluntary Organisation, founded by professional social workers, supports differently abled children across a range of disabilities, including intellectual disability, autism, cerebral palsy, multiple disabilities, hearing impairment, and physical challenges. Based in Hyderabad, the NGO is committed to education, therapy, and rehabilitation for children from marginalised communities.

SIMRAN SEVA NGO

Year of Establishment: 2013

Swargiya Simran Seva Pratishthan was established in 2013 following the untimely death of Simran Sharma, wife of the founder, Mr. Rajkumar Sharma, due to the unavailability of funds for treatment. The NGO is committed to working alongside other NGOs and social activists to support underprivileged and needy communities. Its focus areas include Education, Women Empowerment, Livelihood, Health, and Environment.

Being Sevak Charitable Trust

Year of Establishment: 2015

Being Sevak Charitable Trust is a national non-profit Organisation founded by social workers committed to serving society through health, education, vocational training, women’s empowerment, and child development. Registered under the Bombay Trust Act, the Organisation works with visually impaired individuals, underprivileged children, specially abled members, and families in need, helping them meet essential daily needs and live with dignity.
The trust runs several initiatives:
● Project Annapurna – providing dry ration kits for food security.
● Project Vidhya – supporting education with stationery and ration kits.
● Project Atma Nirbhar – enabling self-employment and women empowerment.
● Project Seva – offering shelter homes to homeless elderly, visually impaired members, and orphaned children.

Year of Establishment: 2016

Annam is dedicated to ensuring that no child is undernourished. The organisation supports malnourished children, women, and expectant mothers in and around Mumbai by providing high-quality nutritional supplements. Their efforts include distributing nutritionally concentrated food items such as eggs, shakti bites, shakti bhakri, bananas, lassi, milk, chana, shishu shakti powder, shishu shakti chikki, and jaggery to enrich existing diets and promote good health. With a pledge to work tirelessly with honesty and compassion, Annam embraces new ideas and helping hands to further its mission of building a healthier future.

UDGI Foundation focuses on supporting students from economically weaker sections and low-income families who lack access to digital devices for education. Veer Ratna Foundation

Veer Ratna Foundation (formerly Vasantharatna Foundation) is a public charitable trust based in Bangalore, dedicated to empowering and transforming the lives of families of battle casualties. Working with wives (Veer Naaris) and children of soldiers, the foundation provides support, community, and opportunities for growth to help them rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence.

Altruist

Year of Establishment: 2007

Altruist is a Gujarat-based organisation pioneering innovative mental health initiatives. Its work spans from integrating science and faith through the Dava and Dua project, to running helplines, day care centres, and community living programs that support recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration of people with mental illnesses. The organisation aims to provide holistic, inclusive, and accessible mental health care.

Lakshya Foundation was created with the vision to contribute to society in diverse and innovative ways, addressing various needs with quality work. Inspired by personal experience of disability within their families. Mr. Kush Shah and Ms. Lajja wanted to create an Organisation that could contribute to society in diverse and innovative ways, addressing various needs with quality work.
